this one just completely against online users. cant they think of anything else?
ReplyDeletenow people will have to go to railway station, the booking clerk's load will increase people will ask for more counters people will ask for counting system, the que system will not be followed RPF should be there to control the crowd, all the same old troubles will be back. instead just spend some money to improve the performance of the site and punish who sell or use tickets bought in black.

ReplyDeleteThe situation mentioned by you above will not happen. The tatkal timings are now changed from 8:00 AM to 10 AM w.e.f 10/07/2012 and the most exciting part for the e-bookers is that the Agents are not allowed to book at this time. So obviously the server load will be comparatively less. There will be separate counters on the station at this time specially or booking tatkal tickets.
